1. All entrants must be AT LEAST 18 years of age, at the time the photo is taken.
2. Entrants must be a Yuma area resident. If you enter, and are not a Yuma resident, you will be featured in a Honorable Mention category. You will not be eligible to win any prizes, but fame and glory (to the extent our site will provide), will be all yours!
3. By uploading your photo or having YumaSun.com representatives upload a photo for you, you agree that you have gained permission of the person in the photo, to enter this online contest.
4. Nudity is prohibited.
5. Vulgar poses are prohibited.
6. One entry per person
7. Based on the structure of this contest, there will be a Men’s category and a Women’s category. There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners for each category, not including Honorable Mention.
8. Top three winners in the Men’s and Women’s category will be chosen strictly by the tally of online votes, at the end of the voting period. Entries with the most votes, wins. Decisions are final.
9. All photos will remain on the contest site. Winning photos will be published in a thank you ad in the Yuma Sun, at the completion of the contest. All photos are subject to use for various promotional purposes by YumaSun.com.
10. Employees and family members of Freedom Newspapers of Southwestern Arizona, Inc. are not eligible to enter.
