1) Individuals are allowed one vote per subcategory via internet OR print ballot.
a.Voters can vote on ContestsInYuma.com. One voter per computer.
b.Or, voters can submit write-in ballots. One voter per ballot.
2) All votes must be received or postmarked within Voting Period, December 1st, 2011 through December 31st, 2011.
3) Write-ins in any subcategory are welcome!
4) Any fraudulent voting will be reviewed by the Yuma’s Best committee and discarded.
5) Businesses are encouraged to give out BLANK print ballots to their customers. Businesses may not fill out the
entry in any capacity before or after distributing to customers.
6) All entries online and in print will be pooled together for the prize drawing.
Prize is a gift card to the restaurant voted Yuma’s Best Overall Restaurant 2011.
Winner will be notified in late February, when voting results are published.
7) All results will be released online and in print on February 23rd, 2012.
8) All decisions, based on reader voting, are final.
9) Use of the 2011 Yuma’s Best logo is prohibited without consent from
Sun Media. All 2011 1st Place Winners automatically earn the right to use the 2011 Yuma’s Best logo in
future advertising, effective in February 2012 after winners are publically announced.
10) Sun Media reserves the right to change the rules at any time without notice.
